New Now Village is a Substance Free Environment.

Our long term rental units/spaces and land leasing are what make up our full-time resident family and sober community support system. They are comprised of individuals with long term recovery, all of which are required to sign and abide by specific community leasing agreements, one of which includes maintaining and supporting a zero tolerance – substance free environment. Amongst our full timers, the grounds responsibilities are shared, and community standards supported, as these individuals have agreed to be useful examples of The New Now Supportive Community.

Full Time Spaces and Alternative Dwellings are Leased for 1-5 years, with longer lease incentives. Subleasing is permitted subject to approval.
