THOW –  Certified Tiny House on Wheels

CTHOW – Certified Tiny House on Wheels

NNV – New Now Village

Certified – built to either NFPA 1192 or the Park Model ANSI 119.5 Standards (this allows the unit to be certified and registered with our local DMV).

Tiny House Backer

A. Tiny House Partner

The generous contribution of a Certified Tiny House on Wheels (THOW) to be used for short term rentals and transitional housing. If the Tiny is contributed by a builder, “New Now Village” (NNV) agrees to post a visible “Contributor” plaque outside physical location, leave Company brochures inside the unit for guests, show unit to prospective buyers when available, and feature a Contributor Acknowledgement on our rental site, as well as anywhere images of contributed THOW are used electronically or appear in print under the NNV brand.

B. Tiny House Rental

A Certified THOW owned by a private group or individual, leasing space from and being managed by NNV.  NNV assumes the responsibilities of marketing, booking, laundry and housekeeping of each rental unit between guests. Maintenance and upgrades extra (click here to email us about profit margins and further details).

C. Tiny House Investor

Same as “Tiny House Rental” with the exception of an additional contribution of  _____ % of the short term rental profits.  Maintenance and upgrades extra (click here to email us about profit margins and further details).

D. Tiny House Co-op

A Certified THOW owned by a private group, individuals, or company renting space from NNV. The usage scheduling, maintenance, cleaning, and resetting of the unit, are all done cooperatively between co-op owners, including assistance with grounds. For additional fees, NNV will manage usage scheduling, laundry, cleaning, and resetting between co-op stays or fill in when available.

E. Tiny House  “Share Dwelling”

A Certified THOW “Share Dwelling” is feasible for up to 52 individuals or groups (52 weeks being apportioned amongst them). For HALF the cost of a weekly Airbnb rental, each group has the opportunity to receive an annual 7 day stay. As fees lessen by $100 a year for the first three years, they can become closer to one third the cost of a weekly Airbnb rental.

With our “Share Dwellings” opportunity, NNV will handle the usage scheduling, maintenance, deep cleaning, and laundry. Those members of the “Share Dwelling”,  are responsible for the cleaning, restocking, and resetting of the unit for the incoming “Share Member(s)” (Applying The Golden Rule).
